Our team managed construction from groundbreaking through final build-out — coordinating structural alterations, electrical, plumbing, and finish trades to bring the design to life. Scope included a full-service bar build-out, commercial kitchen hood and ventilation system, multiple walk-in coolers, and a secondary back-of-house kitchen to support large party and banquet service. Exposed wood beams, a live-edge communal dining area, and an open street-facing bar create the inviting, rustic atmosphere that defines the brand today.
